Headlining Boom An LGBTQIA+ SUMMIT at Waynes State University

MOASH is thrilled to announce a brand new event for LGBTQIA+ youth in Michigan: The Building Our Own Movement (BOOM) Pride Summit.

Like its sibling summit - the BAMM Pride Summit - the BOOM Pride Summit is intended to be a place for middle and high school-aged youth to develop skills, make community, and most importantly be themselves.

The BOOM Pride Summit has been a collaborative effort between MOASH, local educators, the University of Michigan-Dearborn, the Wayne State University Center for Gender and Sexuality, and other community organizations as we work to make the BOOM Pride Summit a unique event that is relevant and engaging to its attendees. This summit is also supported by funding from The Skillman Foundation.
